Bachiko was lowkey cute during that part
I love Bachiko. She's adorable. Also, given how goofy and kind Sullivan usually acts, I sometimes forget what an absolute badass he really is.. Iruma
Iruma blushed to Azz mom lmao. Just don't let Ameri knows.
new secret acquired for Iruma. "never admit I want to bang her in front of azz" o.o
I dunno. He'd prolly encourage it..
He'd encourage it, praise him for it and ask him to bang him next.
Then fight with Clara over who goes first.
Lol. Make it a Family Affair as Alabama music plays in the background.
That's probably why he'd never want to admit it. Cause odds are super high that he would. Which could potentially make things weird cause then Iruma could figuratively be his Papa O.o
if Ameri finds out im pretty sure she will be fine taking Ara Ara lessons from Azz mom ^_^
I felt her scream coming and had it on mute in time to save my ears.
I like the fact that ed song is the school theme song with Iruma's story since season 1.
"Human only exist to be our food. Suck them dry; soul, blood, flesh, and all." sing along
yep this episode was perfect, glad Bachiko will protect Iruma fully aware of the situation, cant wait for the day Clara and Azz know as well but Amu advice was perfect, he doesn't have to force himself to tell them, he will when he is ready
its only painful because iruma had doubts about their love for him if they knew.if he just told them and they let him know it didnt matter,im sure it'd relieve him so much more.
Don't forget about Bachiko's rival aggressively doing karaoke together.
Already showing off a great character we see in Walter Park and people will love
So when will he tell them his secret
He never gets the chance.
Jk.
- Especially since Iruma-kun's human
- Right! Huh?! Huh?! Whaaaaaaaaaaat!
Welcome to the club XD
Iruma-kun has returned for its 3rd season, once again brought to you by Bandai Namco Pictures, the studio behind the recent seasons of Gintama, Birdie Wing, and Koukyuu no Karasu!
Since we ended S2 back in September 2021, I was hyped for the Harvest Festival arc! And watching S2 finally got me to read the manga. Also, notice how each season Iruma aired, MHA's right beside Iruma? Anywho, for positives, the Misfits got more screentime and get to shine in the spotlight! I actually like Naruto's VA Junko Takeuchi as the voice of Bachiko. And I actually love the new OP for this season, as it sets the tone for this season and the show moving forward. I do miss Da Pump though.
For negatives, well....to address the elephant in the room, the Festival itself. It's long, and frankly not everyone's gonna enjoy it. Though in the show's defense, given how long some of the other arcs were like the Walter Park arc from last season, it's par for the course. I'd address the other issues but they're too minor to point out.
Overall, I can see this being split, with one group enjoying this season, the other being disappointed. I DO think this is still worth watching just binge this rather than watching it weekly like I did.
Final Verdict: 8/10
8.5/10
Final verdict is 8.5/10.
Yup ^^
Yeah Archie.
8.7/10 honestly for me also I am so going to miss this intro BUDDY...RIDE IT OUT, WE CAN FLY YES WE CAN🎶🎶( bruh this show has dropped banger intros and outros consistently) now we wait while I go and read the manga and can someone please tell me what manga chapter is the continuation of where this season stops..tnx
( also GOGO bugging by still keeping the ongoing status or is it just on my end lmao)
It's the end but some sites take a while to update to complete. Original KA was the same way.
The episode stopped near the end of chapter 147, but I'd say just read it from the start of the chapter. There's usually a few scenes the anime omits from the manga.
thanks imma add it to my read list
I'm in the second group, so 7/10
7.5/10 excited for the next season
8/10, it kinda has it all deserving for a wholesome show.
understandable, but I feel like they can actually do a lot better during this season, maybe a little less screentime to some characters (cough cough Iruma at some scenes cough) and maybe some parts I would like to explore.
I genuinely like the fact that the show is starting to build up in some places, certain characters like Lied, Agares and Gaap are having time to develop their own character arcs. Iruma having to face his fear of of being alone felt real and it felt nice to see the Iruma Trio develop themselves alone, without support from each other (except for that last half of the arc which is fine). There is subtle foreshadowing being given throughout the season like the fact that the enemy knowing the what Iruma really is.
Maybe its just me being too critical with the show or the fact that a part of me thought that the season is being held back by its budget, the entire arc for me felt like an extended build-up from the training episodes and the recent character developments and I feel there is something ready to explode, a bombshell, but not from this season.
This season for me felt like a transition of tone, like a show going through a dark turn but still maintaining its wholesome atmosphere, which can be hard to implement in other shows.
In conclusion, I'm more excited for whats to come for Iruma
And for manga readers:
Wait can you tell me what’s coming ?(in spoiler tag obviously)
Well... (spoilers duh)
When will Iruma tell his secret? Please tell me
You know, the choice whether or not he reveals his secret will affect the entire underworld
Just to remind you, demons normally think of humans as mythical creatures, unless youre high-ranked
If he reveals his secrets, it will shake the entirity of the netherworld
Can't be much worse than when Jesus revealed himself to be the son of God, amirite?
Yeah unlike Jesus, I'm very sure Iruma wouldn't want to die yet. At least he's not planning to
That's interesting huh!
I have to say I liked the first season the best so far, I feel like it's gotten somehow more silly to the point it's kind of hard to remember there's a plot sometimes. so yeah 8/10 from me too! (kinda funny bc i just put my rating in mal right before reading your comment lol)
See you in 2025
I agree, at some point I wanted the festival to be over already, and I needed more Amelie but I still enjoy it cuz I love the cast, cant wait for next season
hmmm i prefer the 2nd season but since i know there HAS to be some build up arc for those cathartic moments (e.g. evil cycle Iruma) and the build up is usually bland to embolden the climax.
i do appreciate the many fan service moments we got this season to ease the blandness but oh boi the PLOT!
i kind of agree with that scoring if 10 is season 2.
ill go with 7/10
The second season was pretty much impossible to top and most live-viewers will likely think the same about the long harvest festival arc that split Iruma off from the characters we want him to interact with the most (seriously not enough Ameri this season!).
But I think we will all appreciate the time spent on developing secondary characters the longer the show goes on.
Looking back on for example DB, I wish there was more time spent on Bulma, Krillin, etc. but back when it aired people were already pretty upset about the "filler" episodes and would've straight up rioted if suddenly Bulma and Vegeta had a date episode.
This was a "rank up" arc which tends to be before a "battle arc".
I think this season spent too long on the Harvest Festival arc. I mean I didn't mind the arc overall, but it wasn't worth spending a whole season on. I think I enjoyed the post-festival shenanigans more, like visiting Azz-kun's house and the after-parties.
Initially, I thought that they'd cover the Music Festival arc as well this season. I'm pretty disappointed that I'll have to wait longer for that since I much preferred the Music Festival over the Harvest Festival. I could just hear the music when I read it in the manga and it evoked a much happier emotion from me. I haven't felt that in a while honestly.
7.5/10
Bachiko has the hots for Sullivan and she's learned Iruma's human!
And poor Azz-Azz taking L's from Clara. XD
Bachiko starves for Sullivan's French bread.
Lol Bachiko's reaction when she realized what Sullivan had told her, I'm glad she was also entrusted with the secret of Iruma's identity. I like how Sullivan and Opera were not happy about her making Iruma into an errand boy, I am also glad Iruma innocently made it worse for her, that was funny to watch.
Alice bragging so much because he and Iruma are the same rank was hilarious, it was like he was waiting for this moment ever since Clara and Iruma were the same rank. Watching Alice and Clara is always a pleasure.
I'm glad Amu told Iruma he doesn't need to share his secret with friends, I don't think the two of them would be happy with Iruma sharing his secret in pain, it should be done at a time where he wants to share and not feel obligated to. I look forward to seeing when he will share it and seeing their reactions.
It was sweet watching Iruma show so much sincere gratitude towards them at the end, it was such a wholesome and heartwarming scene to watch and I hope they stay as close or get even closer than they already are.
